Job summary

Leland is hiring an experienced NCLEX tutor to support nursing students across Physiological Integrity, Psychosocial Integrity, Health Promotion and Maintenance, and Safe and Effective Care Environment.

You will assess starting points, tailor study plans, and teach nursing concepts with effective test prep strategies in a flexible, student-centered format.

Qualifications

• Strong nursing background and clinical knowledge.

We’re seeking an experienced NCLEX tutor to work with nursing students preparing for the exam across Physiological Integrity, Psychosocial Integrity, Health Promotion and Maintenance, and Safe and Effective Care Environment. This role includes assessing each student’s starting point, creating a tailored study plan, teaching core nursing concepts alongside effective test prep strategy, and helping students build clinical judgment, confidence, and pacing leading up to test day. Ideal candidates have a strong nursing background, prior tutoring or teaching experience, and a clear, structured approach to breaking down complex clinical scenarios. Tutors set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every student.
