Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of system administration experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services with exposure to commercial loan portfolio management.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or applicable technical experience.
• Technical Vendor management experience is a plus or aptitude to develop these skills.
• One year of relevant professional-level work experience may be substituted for one year of required education.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the nCino/Salesforce platform, including troubleshooting and problem-solving any technical issues that may arise.
• Manage ongoing internal support and resolve open tickets with business partners.
• Act as the primary contact for system, reporting and process related analysis.
• Continuously optimize and improve the nCino platform to ensure its effectiveness and efficiency.
• Administer user access, security roles, permissions, onboarding, and training for nCino users.
• Support employees in Salesforce – Financial Services Cloud.
• Stay up to date on the latest nCino updates and features and implement them as necessary.
• Act as a liaison between business partner and nCino, communicating any necessary updates or changes.
• Document system processes, procedures, and training materials.
• Maintain platform governance standards, including user access administration, configuration management, change control processes, data integrity monitoring, and compliance with established business and regulatory requirements.
