Job Description

This application is for individuals who have been instructed to apply for employment as an instructor in an NCE enrichment program as per the proposal submitted by the instructor and accepted by the NCEElementary School Program Director. Employment as an NCEElementary School TA/Coordinator/staff member as per the details provided by the NCEElemetary School Program Director.

Hourly rate range: $26.00 - $50.00/hr. The range reflects the significant variance in responsibilities within the Needham Community Education program. Compensation is determined by the complexity of the role, level of required expertise (e.g., specialized instruction vs. general supervision), specific service provided.
