Experience Qualifications: Construction work experience with a basic understanding of construction methods. Experience inspecting similar projects, including federal, municipal, transportation, ports, or marina projects.
Education/Knowledge: High school diploma or GED; OSHA 10 or 30-hour certification within 3 months; knowledge of mathematics, construction methods, and materials; relevant certifications preferred.
Skills and Abilities: Ability to interpret plans, apply mathematical principles, communicate effectively, use surveying tools, and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Valid driver’s license required.
