Position: Azure Cloud System Engineer

Location: Fully Remote

Estimated Duration: The client approximates that this project may last up to 12 months. However, there is no guarantee of employment for any length of time.

Project Description:

• The candidate will need to use their own equipment for the duration of the engagement
• This position is to provide support to the GIS Unit for cloud-based GIS resources.
• It is created to utilize advanced knowledge and skills in cloud systems to help build and maintain Azure GIS systems.
• The position will also perform system monitoring, system tuning, and cost efficiency related tasks to ensure adequate availability and performance of GIS cloud services and applications.
• The position will be required to document the procedures for cloud system build, monitoring, troubleshooting, and regular

• This employee must work with other teams in GIS Unit to coordinate the work needed for cloud-based GIS systems and processes.
