Job summary

Austin Industrial is seeking a Crane Operator to operate stationary or traveling cranes at our industrial sites in Texas. You will lift, move, and position loads, following safety protocols and signals from riggers to ensure precise placements.

The role requires 5 years of crane experience, NCCCO or NCCER certification, a valid Driver’s License, and a TWIC card, along with a strong commitment to safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years of operating equipment in an industrial setting.
• NCCCO or NCCER certification, valid Driver’s License, and a TWIC Card.
• No minimum education requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at elevations.

Responsibilities

• Operate crane under general supervision.
• Inspect crane daily for safety issues and determine if any parts are malfunctioning.
• Repair crane as needed.
• Complete job tickets, service quality summaries, and all other necessary paperwork.
• Lift, position and place machinery, equipment or other large objects at construction sites and industrial facilities.
• Move levers and pedals to rotate crane on chassis to raise and lower crane boom and to raise and lower load-line.
