Job summary

Zachry Group in Corpus Christi, TX seeks an experienced Crane Operator to safely operate hydraulic cranes and lift heavy equipment across a job site. You will plan lifts, inspect gear, and enforce safety protocols while coordinating with signalers as necessary.

Candidates should have NCCCO certification, 5+ years of crane operating experience, and a valid driver's license. This position requires working at heights and in varying weather conditions, with proper PPE and adherence to safety

Qualifications

• Must hold NCCCO credentials for the appropriate crane type.
• Must have 5+ years of experience as a Crane Operator.
• Must be able to meet physical requirements and wear PPE as required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

• Operate various construction cranes to move equipment and materials.
• Plan operational lifts and ensure safe execution.
• Inspect equipment prior to and during operation.
• Ensure all safety regulations are followed during crane operations.
• Follow signal directions from a signaler when needed.
• Assess work areas for hazards and ensure proper procedures are in place.
