Job Description:

Warfab is seeking an experienced NCCCO certified crane operator to join our dynamic team. As an operator, you will be responsible for operating cranes safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Operate cranes for lifting, moving, and positioning materials
• Perform pre-operation inspections and routine maintenance
• Follow all safety protocols MSHA and OSHA regulations
• Work with safety, engineering and supervision to develop lift plans
• Work with site crews to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain accurate equipment logs and report any issues

Requirements:

• NCCCO certification required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience operating cranes in various environments
• Experience with crawler cranes a plus
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and load calculations
• Ability to work in different weather conditions and job sites
• Team player with good communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
