Job summary

Northfield Retirement Community in Northfield, Minnesota, is seeking dedicated RN's/LPN's to provide and coordinate patient care for seniors in a vibrant community. You will engage with patients and families, educating them about health conditions and providing emotional support.

The ideal candidate will hold a current MN RN/LPN license, have a positive attitude, and provide excellent customer service to a geriatric population. A sign-on bonus is available for new hires. Schedule includes 32 hours per pay period, with shifts from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Qualifications

• Must have a current MN, RN/LPN License and be current in CPR.
• Ability to supervise team members and work independently.
• Positive attitude and team player.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments.

Job Description

RN's /LPN's provide and coordinate patient care, educate patients and the public about various health conditions, and provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members. NCC
