Short’s Travel Management, a leading provider of NCAA Athletic travel for collegiate athletics, has an immediate opening for a Travel Coordinator in its NCAA Championships department. We have a great team culture where we genuinely enjoy who we work with. If you have travel agency, hospitality, or customer service experience, this may be a great fit for you! This position may be remote, and candidates should be able to start on 9/9/2025.
What You Can Expect In This Role
As the first contact for our NCAA Travelers, this position is responsible for domestic and basic international customer travel requests from assigned accounts for both group and individual travel. Travel requests are received and responded to via all means of business contact (phone, e-mail, or portal) for air, hotel, and car reservations in an efficient, courteous, and timely manner. This position manages all functions related to booking, administrative, and accounting tasks necessary to process travel documents, including support of online bookings. The role is based in Waterloo, IA, but may be remote.
