Qualifications

• Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
• BA/BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years establishing system information requirements and designing architectures.
• Strong written and verbal communication for technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design the blueprint for mission-critical NC3 systems across software, hardware, and communications.
• Maintain the NC3 Configuration Management Plan and Baseline with change control and audits.
• Modernize configuration management workflows and build federated data frameworks.
• Analyze workflows and gaps, proposing corrective actions to improve performance.
• Collaborate with configuration control boards and senior stakeholders to safeguard national security missions.
