The Garrett Group seeks a Functional Management Oversight Specialist to support USSTRATCOM NC3 operations at Offutt AFB, NE. You will oversee critical NC2/NC3 mission systems, strategic communications platforms, and survivable command and control capabilities in a high-tempo environment.

Applicants must hold an active TS/SCI clearance and have 10+ years in NC2/NC3 operations, with experience in strategic communications architectures and capability development for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Minimum 10 years of experience supporting NC2/NC3 operations.
• Experience with strategic communications systems and architectures.
• Knowledge of NC2/NC3 operational platforms, communications systems and modes.
• Experience developing assessments and briefing materials for senior leaders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to operate in high-tempo environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level oversight and operational support for NC2/NC3 mission systems and survivable C2 capabilities.
• Support operational coordination, enterprise integration, capability oversight, and strategic communications management across the NC3 enterprise.
