Job summary

ACL Digital is seeking an experienced NC programmer for aerospace machining on a 6-month, 1st-shift contract in Auburn, WA / Everett, WA. You will create and verify 5-axis CNC data, interpret tough GD&T, and collaborate with engineers to optimize cycles and ensure first-article quality.

Applicants should have 5+ years in aerospace NC programming and strong CATIA V5 and Vericut skills to program 3- and 5-axis work. Onsite work is required at Auburn/Everett facilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years NC programming experience in production aerospace machining.
• Proficiency in CATIA V5 and Vericut for 3- and 5-axis programming.

Responsibilities

• Create, verify, and revise 5-axis CNC MCD and setup docs for aerospace parts.
• Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and planning specs for aluminum and hard-metal machining.
• Use Vericut to simulate and validate programs, preventing crashes and gouges.
• Partner with shop-floor operators and engineering to troubleshoot, optimize cycle times, and perform first-article checks.

Location: Auburn, WA or Everett, WA (100% Onsite)

Contract: 6 Months (Extendable) | 1st Shift (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM)

Rate: $63 / hr on W2
