Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pursuing or possessing an Associate Degree in birth-through-kindergarten, early childhood education, or related field; CDA credential also accepted.

Responsibilities

• Assist the NC Pre-K Lead Teacher with classroom activities.
• Support planning and implementation of learning experiences across developmental domains.
• Observe and assess children's development to tailor curriculum.
