NC - Drake's Burlington - Server Assistant

Drake's is a dining destination offering something for everyone: Early birds and night owls; friends and families; soccer players and soccer moms; college seniors and senior citizens… all find a home at Drake’s! We’re looking for dynamic personalities with a passion for guest satisfaction and hospitality. A great attitude and desire to be a part of a team is essential. Food service or retail experience is preferred but not required. Basic food safety understanding is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Have a high degree of guest contact and communicate guest requests to their server or bartender.
• Commit to 100% guest satisfaction, 100% of the time.
• Help pre-bus during the meal and clear and reset tables after guests have left.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining room and bar area during service.
• Protect establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
• Be a team player, lending a helping hand to fellow team members when needed.
• Assist in tasks to ensure a clean and safe restaurant.
• Lift and carry up to 30lb loads from one end of the building to the other.
