Job Title: Dishwasher

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain a clean and organized dish area.
2. Clean and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen tools efficiently.
3. Handle hot pans, plates, and cooking equipment safely.
4. Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure proper chemical use.
5. Lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
6. Work safely in wet, steamy, and slippery conditions.
7. Assist with overall cleanliness and support kitchen operations.
8. Support all stations with clean supplies to ensure smooth service.
9. Contribute to guest satisfaction by maintaining behind-the-scenes operations.
