Job summary

Decore is seeking a NC Box Truck Delivery Driver for local routes in Monroe, NC. No CDL required; you will operate a 26,000 lb GVW vehicle, load/unload, and maintain logs with DOT standards.

Two+ years in delivery driving, current DOT certification, and a valid NC/SC license with clean history are required. DOT medical, physical capability, and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of delivery truck driving experience.
• Valid NC or SC driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Current DOT Driver Certification is required.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and DOT compliance.
• Must meet DOT medical requirements (DOT Physical).
• Ability to handle physical workload and heavy lifting.

Description

You will be responsible for safely operating a truck with a capacity of at least 26,000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) for local deliveries. DOT driver log experience required. No CDL necessary.

Essential Functions:

• Safely operate a heavy or tractor-trailer truck
• Load and unload cargo
• Package wrapping & warehouse duties
• Properly track and document activity log
• Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
• Inspect truck before and after trip
• Performs other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skill, and Experience:

• Two (2) or more years experience in delivery truck driving or other related fields
• Valid NC or SC driver's license with safe driving history
• Current DOT Driver Certification
• Knowledge of Safety Regulations
• Must meet Department of Transportation medical requirements (DOT Physical)
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong work ethic
