Qualifications

• Dive into diverse sources — academic research, technical reports, policies, journals, and open-source materials — to extract insights and connect dots across complex topics.
• Produce clear and compelling quantitative and qualitative analyses.
• Develop studies, papers, and presentations that translate technical research into options for decision-makers.
• Frame key research questions, conduct analysis, and brief your findings to Navy leadership.
• Coordinate technical analysis across scientists, engineers, analysts, and policymakers.
• Lead or participate in small project teams.
• Balance independent work with collaborative problem-solving.
