Job summary

Synchron, LLC seeks a Navy Acquisition Analyst to support the OPNAV Requirements Branch in reviewing, aligning, and transitioning JCIDS to the Navy Requirements Manual and JFRP. The role focuses on training action officers, understanding capability requirements, and ensuring timely warfighter solutions at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in DoD acquisition with 5+ years in Navy environments, active SECRET clearance, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 10 years of professional experience, with 5 years in DoD acquisition or Navy environment, in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
• Active DoD SECRET clearance.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite of products.

Responsibilities

• Assist the OPNAV Requirements Branch with training of OPNAV Action Officers on roles and responsibilities regarding capability requirements and accurate identification of those requirements.
• Assist in communicating responsibilities for developing, managing, and updating Navy requirements through the Navy Requirements Process and JFRP.
• Keep up to date on acquisition policy changes, review regulatory updates, and communicate current information to OPNAV staff regarding Navy requirements.
