Serco Inc. in Middletown, RI seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead the PORTS program, coordinating with the Program Manager, customer and project team to deliver on schedule and budget.

Requirements include US citizenship, ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance, a bachelor’s degree in a technical or management field, 5+ years of management experience (including P&L), familiarity with software development projects, and proficiency with MS Office. Travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship with ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or management field.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience including profit and loss.
• Experience with software development projects.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).
• Travel up to 10%.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operational aspects of projects and liaison between PM, customer, and team.
• Review project status, budgets, schedules and prepare status reports.
• Prepare data items in accordance with DoD requirements.
• Attend meetings and brief management and Navy customers on project status.
• Develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals.
• Participate in proposal activities for new projects.
