STI Inc. is seeking a Supply Specialist to support Navy logistics and asset management operations within a DoD environment.

The position emphasizes data analysis, compliance with DoD/Navy regulations, and collaboration with Government personnel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field, or 5+ years of relevant DoD, military, or asset management experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience with Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP)
• Minimum 3+ years of experience supporting Navy logistics, including SOM or OM&S
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Plant Property & Equipment (PP&E) / Asset Management
• Experience with material accountability and program-level logistics support
• Active Secret Clearance with favorably adjudicated T3 investigation
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and analyze logistics and asset data to support Government decision-making
• Identify, define, and analyze supply and asset management issues; develop actionable recommendations
• Support Navy logistics operations, including Sponsor Owned Material (SOM) and OM&S management
• Conduct and support physical inventories of Plant Property & Equipment (PP&E) and OM&S
• Ensure compliance with DoD and Navy financial and asset management regulations
• Prepare written reports and deliver briefings to Government stakeholders
• Collaborate with program teams, contractors, and Government personnel to support mission objectives
• Assist in implementing process improvements and corrective actions
