The role requires a Secret clearance, a relevant degree, and 5+ years of Navy logistics experience. Responsibilities include coordinating with government field activities, delivering SIPR comms support, and maintaining provisioning documentation and ILS status reports.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with an active Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in business or relevant technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant logistics experience supporting the US Navy.
• Experience updating US Fleet missile inventory data.
• CIWS hands-on knowledge.
• Experience with Navy Ordnance Inventory Management systems.
• Knowledge of NAVSUP P723 and P485.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning with government field activities and hardware contractors; track action items.
• Provide SIPR traffic support; generate weekly ILS status reports.
• Provide technical feedback via Fleet Advisory messages and Technical Bulletins.
• Resolve supply support issues; update provisioning documentation.
• Identify impacts to ILS from proposals (ECPs).
