Job summary

SAIC in Crane, IN seeks an Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) & Provisioning Specialist to support Navy programs, focusing on provisioning analysis, ILS certification, PMS documentation, and lifecycle readiness.

The role interfaces with engineering, logistics, maintenance, and fleet stakeholders to ensure readiness for system deployments across CVNs and other platforms, requiring an active Secret clearance and on-site work in Crane. Experience with ICAPS, NDE, and PMSIS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business, Technical Management, or related field is required.
• Experience: minimum 5 years supporting Navy ILS, provisioning, or sustainment programs.

Responsibilities

• CASREP Monitoring and Support
• Coordinate with engineering, logistics, and fleet stakeholders to assess supportability implications.
• Develop, coordinate, and route ILS Certifications for each software release, ensuring packages are reviewed and approved per Navy requirements.
• Prepare and submit provisioning documentation through Navy ICAPS processes.
• Maintain provisioning records and documentation to support lifecycle sustainment activities.
• Coordinate provisioning updates and logistics product development with engineering and configuration management teams.
• Reduce dependency on external support by serving as the primary provisioning subject matter expert.
• Support PMS development and maintenance, including MIPs and MRCs.
• Review engineering changes and software releases for logistics impacts.
