Job summary

DLH Corporation seeks a qualified CM/ILS SME with extensive defense life-cycle logistics experience to support end-to-end logistics for complex electronic and C4ISR systems. You will manage provisioning, maintenance planning, and configuration control while collaborating with IPTs to ensure readiness and mission success.

The role requires DAWIA Lifecycle Logistics Level 1 or equivalent training, an active Secret clearance, and hands-on Navy logistics process familiarity (NALCOMIS/R-Supply,

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of experience in defense life-cycle logistics support of electronic systems, to include logistics principles, practices, and processes.
• Experience with C4ISR or similar systems, including analyzing data and developing logistics plans and procedures.
• DAWIA certification in Lifecycle (Acquisition) Logistics Foundational/Level 1; or equivalent life cycle logistics training; or 4 years total defense life-cycle logistics experience.
• Active Secret Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Life Cycle Management across programs and IPTs.
• Review technical manuals, maintenance requirements, and engineering drawings for correct logistics support.
• Be familiar with DoD logistics systems such as NALCOMIS or R-Supply for ordering, tracking, and reporting.
• Utilize PMS and PMSMIS for maintenance planning and documentation.
• Prepare written correspondence and report improvements to product support and maintenance concepts.
• Coordinate with Logistics Element Managers to ensure accurate ILS products.
• Formulate provisioning plans, schedules, and supply support for new programs and equipment.
• Support ECPs, TDs, and modifications during system changes.
• Participate in system engineering reviews and Change Control Boards.
• Develop training materials and sustainment documentation.
