Job summary

Cydecor seeks an Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) Capabilities Support to work in the Pentagon supporting OPNAV N99. The role requires TS/SCI eligibility and, due to the nature of the role, only U.S. Citizens may be considered.

The candidate will help provide strategic and operational‑level support for liaison across Navy and DoD organizations. The successful applicant will assist with meetings, briefs, and papers, review policies, and support JCIDS processes and program reviews for POM

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of professional experience in IAMD, CID, BM, JCIDS, defense acquisition or related DoD programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated effective team player and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support Navy, Joint, DoD and interagency meetings addressing IAMD and related technologies; prepare reports documenting discussions.
• Assist requirements officers with drafting correspondence, briefs and concept papers for IAMD initiatives.
• Prepare plans and administration documents; support FMS considerations where needed.
• Review JCIDS documents, provide comments to meet DoD and Navy C4I requirements.
• Coordinate with Navy, Joint Staff and stakeholders; draft briefings and memos as required.
• Draft and route IAMD acquisition documents and CJCSI/CJCSM updates; ensure compliance checklists.
• Support N99 lifecycle activities; assist with POM planning, modeling/ simulation studies, and funding considerations.
• Utilize PBIS and iRAPs to respond to project status inquiries.
