Job summary

Cydecor, Inc. seeks an Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) Capabilities Support specialist to work in the Pentagon supporting OPNAV N99. The position requires TS/SCI eligibility and, due to the nature of the role, only U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of professional experience supporting IAMD, CID, BM, JCIDS, defense acquisition, requirements development, program management, systems engineering, or related Navy, Joint, or DoD programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated effective team player and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Support relevant Navy, Joint, DoD, and interagency meetings addressing IAMD, CID/BM technologies; prepare meeting reports and documentation of discussions and decisions.
• Assist requirements officers in developing, editing and routing correspondence, documents, and publications related to IAMD, CID/BM technologies.
• Prepare plans, directives, and administration documents for management of IAMD programs; support Foreign Military Sales considerations where necessary.
• Conduct JCIDS reviews, provide analysis, and support staffing of joint initiatives to meet DOD, Joint, and Navy C4I requirements.
• Coordinate across Navy and other stakeholders using the Navy tasker system to review IAMD queries, draft briefs, point papers, emails, and memos.
• Assist Requirements Officers to draft and review acquisition-related documentation and CJCSI/CJCSM updates, complete comment resolution matrices and ensure compliance checklists.
• Support OPNAV N99 in all phases of DOD acquisition, technology and logistics lifecycle; prepare briefings, spreadsheets and statements on program status and potential funding shortfalls for POM planning; analyze modeling and simulation plans and provide briefs and recommended positions.
• Utilize PBIS and iRAPs to respond to project questions on status, owner, and history.
