Job summary

Envisioneering, Inc. is seeking a Financial Program Analyst with DoD/ Navy RDT&E experience to handle data review, budget development, contract coordination and reporting. The role demands clear written and oral communications, complex data analysis, and database management. A DoD Secret clearance is required at hire.

The candidate will monitor funding commitments, develop budgets, produce reports, and assist with major RDT&E projects. Proficiency in MS Office and Navy systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience providing business and financial support.
• DoD Secret security clearance required at time of hire.
• Experience with Navy ERP, including MM/PPS modules, is highly desired.
• Ability to prepare clear, concise written communications and oral presentations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor contracts and projects; develop data collection systems and reports.
• Assist in development and maintenance of budgets and financial reports.
• Create and maintain databases; run queries and retrieve data for reports.
• Coordinate meetings, arrange presenters, and prepare minutes/presentations.
• Support program officers in planning, managing, and monitoring major RDT&E projects.
• Monitor program budgets and ensure expenditures align with commitments and forecasts.
• Prepare management reports and presentation materials.
