V2X Inc. seeks a functional analyst with Navy ERP expertise to support the NBO Finance Team within the Navy ERP ecosystem. You will analyze financial processes, troubleshoot system issues, and guide end users across the NAVAIR environment.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in Navy ERP, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable guidance. U.S. citizenship and security clearance considerations may apply.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide SME in support of Navy ERP financial processes within Navy ERP; collaborate with NBO, end-users and stakeholders to analyze and troubleshoot issues.
• Analyze, resolve and track Navy ERP system issues and gather data requests.
• Develop testing strategies and plans for Navy ERP changes; execute testing to ensure accuracy.
• Create user guides, SOPs and targeted communications for end-users.

The functional analyst will have a background in accounting or Financial Management within the Navy and will provide Navy ERP business process and SAP technical support to the NAVAIR Navy ERP Business Office (NBO) Finance Team. The analyst will provide relevant business knowledge and technical support as it relates to Navy ERP financial business processes.

Responsibilities

• This position will provide functional and technical subject matter expertise (SME) in support of NAVAIR’s financial business processes within Navy ERP. The selected individual will work directly with NBO personnel, NAVAIR Navy ERP end-users, business process owners, and external stakeholders (e.g., PMW-220, other Command Business Offices, ASN(FM&C)-FMS, etc.) to analyze and troubleshoot Navy ERP system issues, provide feedback on new Navy ERP capabilities, and guide adoption of software solutions. The analyst will provide Financial related sustainment and end-user support.
• Analyze, resolve and track Navy ERP system and end-user issues.
• Assess recurring business processes and system errors to identify root causes.
• Gather and analyze Navy ERP data to quantify system issues and/or answer data requests.
• Provide feedback on new or updated Navy ERP capabilities.
• Participate in sessions to provide business process functional and technical expertise to develop requirements for new or updated business processes as they relate to Navy ERP.
• Perform analysis of changes and solutions being made to Navy ERP to develop testing strategies and test plans for Navy ERP.
• Execute Navy ERP testing to ensure changes and solutions perform as documented and do not adversely impact NAVAIR’s business processes.
• Develop and maintain deliverables such as User Desk Guides, SOPs, communiques, and targeted emails.

Qualifications

Education / Certifications:

• Degree preferred but not required.
• High School Dimplma Required.

Experience

• 2 to 4 years of demonstrated experience providing business and financial support in a Navy ERP environment.
• Proficiency in Navy ERP processing in two or more of the following areas:
• Analyzing complex analyses of financial data, identifying variances, and implementing corrective actions.
• Translating complex financial data into presentable findings, actionable guidance and clear recommendations.
• Experience/knowledge in accounting policies, laws and regulations.
• Experience with integrated financial management systems.
• Experience in Navy ERP Finance modules.

• Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship required to access U.S.-only data systems.
