Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Navy instructor certification or equivalent certification required (NFPA 1041).
• At least 3 years of practical, hands-on technical experience.
• 2+ years in a Military Training Environment.
• Must hold current instructor certifications relevant to the functional area.
• Demonstrated knowledge of learning principles, instructional practices, and remediation procedures.
• Familiar with training aids, devices, and Microsoft Office applications.
