Ignite Digital is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a major U.S. Navy data initiative in the Norfolk, VA area.

This role oversees planning, execution, and delivery of data analytics, visualization, and governance programs, serving as the primary Government liaison. The position manages resources, timelines, budgets, risks, and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with the Navy's data strategy and governing principles while overseeing contract and project budgets and reporting to

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program or project management focusing on data analytics programs.
• Experience managing complex data analytics initiatives with multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with data analytics technologies and platforms (SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, AWS/Azure/GCP).

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of data analytics, visualization, and governance programs.
• Serve as Government's primary point of contact for the data analytics program.
• Oversee multiple related data projects to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Manage program resources, timelines, budgets, risks, and performance metrics.
• Oversee the contract budget and all project budgets and milestones.
• Ensure activities align with data strategy and governance principles.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for cohesive delivery.
• Provide regular updates to Navy stakeholders and leadership.
