Job summary

Tharros Defense is hiring a Computer Systems Analyst to support Navy cyber warfare engineering and security services for naval aviation programs at Pax River, MD. You will contribute to mission-focused technical analysis and data processing support for Navy stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Active TS, SCI-eligible security clearance required.
• BS degree in a related discipline; DCWF qualification: 541 or approved DoD training.
• Ability to support on customer facilities as required.
• Experience in DoD/Navy/NAVAIR/RDT&E environments; translate findings into clear documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support analysis of science, engineering, business, and cyber mission data processing challenges for Navy customers.
• Assist with reviews of application workflows, system administration processes, network considerations, and schedule constraints.
• Document current-state system capabilities, data flows, user needs, and operational constraints with guidance from senior analysts.
• Support systems management and integration activities across cyber, RDT&E, operational technology, Defense Business Systems, and data environments.
• Help identify gaps in existing computer systems and draft improvement recommendations.
• Assist with evaluating commercially available software options when requested by the customer or technical lead.
• Collect and organize input from users, technical teams, and program personnel to support system capability assessments.
• Prepare analysis products, briefings, workflow documentation, and technical notes for Government review.
• Track assigned action items, findings, and data requests in accordance with project direction and reporting needs.
• Follow applicable security, OPSEC, CUI handling, and Government-site procedures while supporting classified and unclassified work.
