Job summary

The U.S. Navy seeks a Civil Engineer Corps Officer to lead construction of runways, bridges, ports and facilities, supervise utilities, and direct Seabee teams worldwide.

You will oversee contracts with civilian contractors and manage budgets, schedules, and project completions, building large‑scale, high‑impact engineering programs. Education and growth opportunities include fully funded master’s and doctoral degrees at the Naval Postgraduate School, licensure support (PE, RA), the Post‑9/11 GI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanical, electrical, or related engineering field.
• 19–36 yrs (waivers considered on a case‑by‑case basis).
• Willingness to serve as a commissioned Navy Officer.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction of runways, bridges, ports and facilities.
• Supervise utilities and other critical infrastructure.
• Direct Seabee construction teams on missions worldwide.
