Job summary

Qualis LLC is seeking a dedicated NAVWAR Test Manager to provide advisory services for the DoD, stationed at Holloman AFB, NM. This role bridges defense customers with the squadron’s technical execution teams to ensure PNT test programs are executed on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline; experience may be substituted with customer approval.
• 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (experience with Microsoft Project highly desirable).
• Must possess the ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, with senior staff and peers.
• Must adhere to all safety and security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial contact with customers, capturing objectives, requirements, schedule, resources and deliverables.
• Coordinate with test engineers, analysts, and instrumentation engineers to design, develop, and execute a test program.
• Develop and deliver test documentation and reports including SOCs, schedules, plans, memos, and briefings.
• Coordinate frequency clearance documentation with various centers and offices.
• Ensure all test program documentation is organized per squadron guidance.
