Job summary

V2X Inc is seeking a NavMPS CSR -Shiprider for a pivotal role supporting Naval vessels. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective communication between the PMA-281 and Fleet NavMPS users, providing essential training, and maintaining operational efficiency across various sites.

This role requires an AS or AA degree in Computer Science or a relevant field, along with substantial experience in Defense IT systems. Candidates must hold a DOD 8570.01 certification and be physically able to lift 100 lbs.

Qualifications

• AS or AA degree in related field or military service substitution.
• Four years of experience in Defense IT systems.
• Three years experience with DoD C4ISR systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between PMA-281 and Fleet NavMPS users.
• Provide technical support for documentation and service transition.
• Maintain visibility with NavMPS users for rapid problem resolution.
