As a Communication Specialist, you'll:

1. Capture highly sensitive information via inbound calls regarding confidential workplace concerns, unethical issues, and violations.
2. Answer calls from various industries promptly and follow the intake process for all customers.
3. Exercise good judgment to ensure the caller's needs are met.
4. Engage each reporter with honor, care, and concern.
5. Hold all reports in strict confidence, both internally and externally.
