Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC seeks a Course Lead to guide development, revision, and maintenance of training curricula for SBTC at Stennis Space Center, MS. You will apply methodologies in curriculum design, test development, and effective classroom techniques, leveraging PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, and Navy Sked.

Strong communication with trainees and staff is essential. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, assisting with training analysis, and ensuring proper exam security

Qualifications

• Six or more years in leadership/instruction in formal training; degree optional.
• Experience as Navy NEC 805A Instructor or equivalent preferred.
• Certification in training management or curriculum development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development and instructional support for SBTC training.
• Develop, revise, and maintain instructional curricula and tests.
• Utilize PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, and Navy Sked in delivery.
• Coordinate training schedules and maintain ITRs and CANTRAC data.
• Provide instruction on range safety and risk management concepts.
• Support evaluation, feedback collection, and quality indicators.
