Job summary

Systems Technology Forum is seeking project management and engineering support for NAVWAR and NIWC PAC. The role involves coordinating program plans, budgets, schedules, and technical documentation to ensure successful program execution.

The candidate will participate in design reviews, develop SOPs, and assist with annual program reviews while interacting with government sponsors and stakeholders. A Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with US DoD programs, C4I systems, installation and testing.
• Experience with Shore Modernization stakeholders and documentation.
• Ability to generate, edit, and distribute technical documentation (IDP/BESEP).
• Experience with peer reviews and incorporating changes to program docs.
• Proficiency with MS Office and tools like Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Adobe Pro.

Responsibilities

• Perform program management and engineering support to NIWC PAC and MCBH S6.
• Develop and manage program plans, budgets, staffing, and schedules.
• Support meeting planning and execution with stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Create and distribute program documentation per the data mgmt plan.
• Attend design reviews and consolidate input for NAVFAC/Project teams.
• Develop SOPs and workflows to meet program requirements.
• Assist with annual reviews of program materials and processes.
• Support review briefs and artifacts for PMs and managers.
• Perform QA/QC on OSP and ISP installations.
• Review engineering drawings for compliance and accuracy.
• Conduct technical reviews of IDPs, BESEPs, SOVTs, and related docs.
