Job summary

Ultra Maritime in the United States is seeking an experienced assembler to repair or refit units that fail tests, working across multiple workstations. You will assemble products to engineering specs, use soldering tools, perform potting and encapsulation, and potentially assemble prototype units for engineering.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment or technical certificate.
  • U.S. person or eligible to obtain export authorization.

Responsibilities

  • Assembles products to engineering specifications and drawings using tools provided.
  • Uses soldering irons, solder pots, and hand tools to perform work.
  • Assembles parts and performs potting, encapsulation, epoxy bonding, sanding, and cleaning.
  • May assemble prototype units for engineering.
  • Recommends solutions to assembly problems regarding fixtures and tools.
  • Assists other assemblers with questions related to the assembly of our products.
