Job summary

The role requires 8 years of relevant experience, familiarity with NAVSEA standards, IFS TIP management, and certifications such as NBPI/NACE and QCS; strong communication and analytical skills and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 8 years of ship repair experience.
• Experience with NAVSEA Standard Items and Navy Repair work specifications.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
• Ability to work and support operations in a shipyard environment.
• Experience with IFS for TIP Management.
• NBPI or NACE Certification
• Quality Control Supervisor (QCS) certification
• Experience with AMPP/QP1 requirements.
