TJ Consulting Group is seeking a Project Management/Financial Analyst to monitor Electric Boat shipbuilding and repair operations, coordinate with NR and NNLP, and provide data-driven oversight for cost, schedule, and resource allocation. The role requires close collaboration with NR offices and shipyard management to ensure timely, compliant execution.

• Successfully passing a federal background check.

Responsibilities

• Support NR/NNL with data gathering and reporting.
• Oversee maintenance processes, program management and cost control tools.
• Provide in-person oversight of shipyard deck plate resource allocation and cost progression.
• Attend meetings and contribute information for NR scope.
• Develop written reports and presentations for NR review.
• Coordinate with SUPSHIP on progress and change status for NR work.
• Advise NNLP on nuclear work impacts from shipyard performance.
