Job summary

Qualifications

• Good health and a valid occupational dive medical certificate.
• Strong swimming ability and comfort in water.
• Stamina and physical fitness for demanding work.
• Ability to work under stressful conditions and maintain concentration.
• Open Water Diver Certification is required.
• Boater’s Licenses / Boater’s Safety Course preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build kneel blocking, cradles, shoring and other structures in drydock.
• Prepare ships for launching and conduct heavy carpentry in repair or construction.
• Inspect vessels, docks and piers to assess conditions.
• Collaborate with dive team to execute assigned tasks.
• Drive/operate a skiff when required.
