Job summary

Valkyrie Enterprises seeks an Installation Analyst to support RAM shipboard installation planning, ship availability coordination, and logistics. You will liaise between the program office, shipyards, and installation teams to ensure on-time execution.

You will track schedules, material requirements, and milestones, identify risks, and contribute to planning documentation. A 4+ year background in related fields and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have 4+ years of experience in ship installation, ship availability planning, logistics, or program management.
• Understanding Navy ship availabilities and ship installation planning processes is required.
• Experience coordinating activities among multiple organizations and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of shipboard installation activities for RAM systems and equipment.
• Assist with ship installation planning and coordination throughout scheduled ship availabilities.
• Coordinate program office requirements with shipyards, installation teams, engineering, logistics, and other stakeholders.
• Track ship availability schedules, installation milestones, material requirements, action items, and program deliverables.
• Identify installation risks and scheduling conflicts that may impact execution.
• Maintain installation schedules, status reports, briefings, and planning documentation.
• Participate in ship availability planning meetings and program reviews.
• Coordinate logistics requirements for shipboard installations, including equipment and documentation.
• Monitor installation progress and communicate issues to program leadership.
