Job summary

Precise Systems Inc. in San Diego seeks a Network Engineer to design Navy networks, develop topologies, templates, IP plans, and test plans. You will document SDN/SD-WAN solutions and hardware configurations, engaging with Navy and DoD stakeholders.

Required: BS in Engineering/CS/Math/Physical Science, CCNP or equivalent, 6+ years DoD/ govt IT experience, and current/active Secret clearance. Hybrid work may apply with travel as needed.

Qualifications

BS degree in a relevant engineering or science field is required.
CCNP or equivalent certification is required.
Minimum six years of DoD/government IT sys engineering experience.
Experience with SDN/SD-WAN technologies and related vendors.
Proven ability to document network topologies and configurations.

Responsibilities

Develop network topologies and templates from system requirements.
Develop network templates, IP plans, test plans and documentation.
Configure and document SD-WAN solutions and security considerations.
