Job summary

Tele-Consultants, Inc. is seeking several qualified Network Engineers to support the design, development, integration, testing, evaluation, and sustainment of submarine and shore network and communications subsystems for NUWCDIVNPT in Newport, RI.

Responsibilities include engineering support across the system lifecycle, integration of COTS networking gear, test plan execution, documentation, and liaison with government personnel and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

BS in engineering or related technical field or equivalent experience.
3+ years in network/systems engineering.
U.S. citizenship and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

Provide lifecycle engineering support for network and communication systems.
Integrate COTS equipment into system architectures (routers, switches, transceivers).
Develop and execute test plans and reports.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation (ECRs, procedures, drawings).
Support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis; interface with government and contractors.
Participate in design reviews and program meetings.
