Job summary

Technical Systems Integration, Inc. seeks a Logistician II to support a Navy program at NSWC Panama City Division. You will manage integrated logistics tasks, review documentation, and coordinate provisioning, maintenance planning, and field support with engineers and stakeholders.

The role requires 3+ years in ILS, ability to obtain SECRET clearance, travel to customer sites, and proficiency with MS Office; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of professional experience in integrated logistics support.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
• Experience supporting supply, provisioning, or technical documentation functions.
• Familiarity with TOA, maintenance plans, or PTD.
• Ability to travel to customer sites and submit trip reports.
• Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute logistics support activities under the NAVSUP PBL-O for EOD Diving equipment and spares.
• Review documentation and submit redlines for technical manuals, PMS, APLs, drawings, and reports.
• Support provisioning activities, including PTD and TOA management.
• Assist maintenance planning and validate equipment configurations with engineering staff.
• Develop SOPs and related documentation for the PBL-O effort.
• Coordinate shipment prep and movement to customer sites.
• Participate in bi-weekly EOD Diving and Logistics meetings; prepare minutes and reports.
• Provide monthly status input on tasks, progress, issues, and funding.
