Job summary

MANTECH seeks a motivated Naval Logistician to join our team in Chesapeake, VA. This onsite role requires a strong technical background to support small Navy boats, with duties in parts research, validation, and acquisition services.

You will enter research data into specialized databases, cross-reference part numbers within the federal stock system, and collaborate with customer personnel, vendors, and military staff. Process improvements to logistics workflows are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Requires DoD logistics experience and ability to work across large teams within a federal environment.
• Experience handling complex data flows and cross-functional coordination.
• Familiarity with logistics documentation and provisioning workflows.

Responsibilities

• Perform parts research using drawings, docs, manuals and vendors to provision small boats and equipment.
• Cross-reference part numbers across the federal stock system.
• Manage parts acquisition and interface with customers, vendors, and military staff.
• Collect and annotate data for entry into databases.
• Suggest process improvements for logistics and procurement workflows.
