Job summary

RTX is seeking a Logistics Engineer to join an established multi-discipline team supporting Naval Power programs. You will develop integrated logistics products, including IETMs, configuration data management, and supply data, collaborating with engineers and shipyard personnel.

The role offers hands-on exposure to logistics documentation, data management, and maintenance procedures, with opportunities for coaching and career growth in a defense-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical or similar engineering/science major obtained by start date.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Review engineering drawings, technical data and OEM data for maintenance evaluation and logistics data collection.
• Create accurate logistics products based on source documents incl. specs, standards, vendor data and engineering data.
• Research specifications and standards to support Logistics and Parts Engineering processes.
• Assist Logistics product sustainment with ongoing configuration updates.
• Develop written maintenance procedures for removal, installation and configuration of installed equipment.
• Input/research procedure/parts data into an Excel Model and/or relational databases.
• Interface with technicians, engineers, shipyard personnel and engineering managers to edit/validate logistics documentation.
