Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret security clearance is required.
• Associate degree in business administration, management or related discipline with minimum 3 years Navy logistics AIS experience.
• Education equivalency acceptable: 1 year experience per year of college education.

Responsibilities

• Oversee product life cycle from acquisition to disposal and maintain real-time mast inventory.
• Initiate Move requests for Fleet and Staff personnel for smartphone transitions.
• Assist users with smartphone OS updates and Good for Enterprise email app reloads; coordinate with NGEN/NMCI Desk.
• Manage international phone service and accountability for travelers; coordinate with vendor transitions.
• Document repair/replacement of missing, lost, or damaged equipment and manage event-specific phone needs.
• Coordinate monthly usage reports and reconciliation with Wing phone coordinators; oversee real-time hotspot inventory.
