Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 15 years of relevant experience.
• Master’s degree in information systems, ops research, management, military science, or related.
• Completion of Command & Staff College or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of military doctrine, tactics and relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
• Surface Warfare Officer at the O-4/0-5 level preferred.
• Experience with EWTG/TACTRAGRU considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support MCTOG exercise design in Naval operations from a Naval Surface Warfare perspective.
• Support MCTOG Battle Staff and student planning with Naval Integration and Surface Warfare concepts.
• Support MCTOG and student planning in amphibious assault forcible entry operations.
• Present perspectives on current and future naval issues to the GCE component.
• Provide Navy perspective on concepts and Navy/Joint topics to MCTOG.
• Provide Naval expertise across Amphibious operations, Surface Warfare, MAGTF/Naval Fires.
• Analyze Future Operating Environment with current and future adversary capabilities.
• Attend conferences and provide trip reports and debriefs for Navy issues.
• Develop classroom instruction in support of MCTOG Academic and Battle Staff programs.
