Job summary

Noblis MSD is seeking a retired senior Commissioned EDO or Senior LDO with an active Secret clearance to support the Navy’s depot maintenance and modernization programs. The role covers oversight across carriers, submarines, surface combatants, and amphibious ships from Norfolk, VA.

Intermittent travel up to 25% (CONUS/OCONUS) is required. Candidates should have deep experience in maintenance IT systems, program management, and coordination with NAVSEA and regional repair centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 12 years in naval maintenance/logistics IT systems.
• Minimum 3 years as supervisor for an enterprise IT system in maritime maintenance.
• US citizenship with active Secret clearance (TS/SCI eligibility).
• Experience with depot maintenance planning, execution, and oversight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee depot-level maintenance and modernization programs across naval platforms.
• Advise on budget formulation, POM development, and funding allocation.
• Coordinate maintenance matters for C5I equipment and SOVT readiness.
• Develop requirements for IT systems used to plan Navy maintenance.
• Support SWaRM and N-MRO process improvements and long lead time procurement.
